The expo bills itself as Canada’s largest gluten-free event, with editions also held in Vancouver, Edmonton, Kelowna and Halifax. In Calgary, more than 100 exhibitors offer samples and products for sale, alongside educational seminars on celiac disease and gluten-free living and cooking demonstrations. It is presented by Lokal (Expo Marathon).
Recent Calgary editions ran in April at the BMO Centre, including April 19, 2026. The 2027 edition is announced for March 13, 2027 at the WinSport Event Centre, back in the March slot. Show hours are typically 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
