The Calgary Greek Festival is a celebration of Greek culture put on by the Hellenic Community of Calgary at its cultural centre in Spruce Cliff, usually in mid to late June.

The day brings Greek food, pastries, music and dance performances, with a 50/50 raffle and a vendor-style atmosphere. It is a cashless event, and the evening ends with Glendi, an adults-only after party with live music and dancing from 10 PM to 2 AM.
We could not find a record of when the first Greek Festival was held. In 2013 the festival ran as a flood-relief benefit, giving out over 8,000 free meals and raising more than $80,000 for Red Cross and Kids Cancer Care.
