The Calgary Corporate Challenge September Games are Canada’s largest corporate team-building event. Over two-plus weeks each September, more than 160 Calgary-area companies compete in 20-plus sports, games, and charity challenges.

The games run from basketball, bowling, laser tag, and volleyball to trivia and cribbage, with companies grouped into divisions by employee count. Beyond the competition, teams raise support for local charities, and the whole thing wraps up with closing ceremonies, spirit awards, and a talent show.
The Calgary Corporate Challenge has operated as a not-for-profit in Calgary since 1996, and the 2025 edition was billed as the 30th annual September Games. It has grown from a small corporate sports competition into a multi-week event with 130 to 160 participating companies and more than 1,100 volunteers.
