The neighbourhood is divided into four distinct districts: Inverness, Elgin, Prestwick and High Street. Prestwick and Inverness follow four architectural styles: Queen Anne (Victorian), Georgian, Craftsman and National. High Street is the commercial area, designed by Gibbs Gage Architects.
